She brings not only a discerning eye but a profound understanding of the operational and human complexities that underpin luxury service.

Rick comes from a background in technology, marketing, and business growth. With a career spent helping companies scale, evolve, and sharpen their commercial edge, Rick provides the strategic, digital, and systems thinking that enables businesses to modernise while staying true to their essence.
